In terms of selling the properties we could not speak more highly about the service that Chris and his wife provided to us in selling our properties. From start to finish the process was handled seamlessly and very professionally. The diligence in chasing up any prospective clients was to be commended. The diligence in carrying out a number of open homes in a very time efficient manner was certainly most appreciated. It is noted that Chris did little things like when the property came to the final sign off date and final inspection and a number of light bulbs were missing in one of the properties. He went out and he purchased some more. He put them in so that the settlement could go ahead. I think this reflects the way that he consistently went forward in trying to do the best for us and making the process for us vastly smoother. Once again we re-iterate our appreciation and thanks.
