Lindi always was a pleasure to deal with and worked hard to put the 'right' marketing programme together. Her obvious people skills and flexibility made the sales process easy for us and we have no hesitation in recommending her. We were delighted with the professional photographer she recommended as the photos of the house were exceptionally well done. We were also impressed with the marketing programme she produced - the website advertisements together with carefully placed advetisements in the Property Press and NZ Herald ensured a good response with the 'right' people coming to look. Lindi worked exceptionally hard with the interested buyers, and kept us informed of the progress she made. Her recommendation to go to Auction was a really good one too. Having had a bad Auction experience in the past (with another agency) we were somewhat skeptical at the start but the combined efforts of Lindi and the Auctioneer produced a great result all round. Re: Lindi Chemaly When we agreed to sell my house I advised that time was very much of the essence and I was returning to Canada in March. It was almost Christmas day but Lindi set to work barely stopping for Christmas dinner. Very early in January she has an offer for me which I accepted. She continued to show the house just in case the first offer fell through. It didn't and the house was virtually sold by the 20th of January. I really appreciated Lindi's friendly, enthusiastic attitude. She certainly worked hard on my behalf and she is a very competent and pleasant person to deal with - lucky me! R. Rout.
