We have known Christine for many years and have always admired her positive , kind and caring nature. She was our first choice when the time came for my elderly mother to sell her home, in order to move to a retirement village. She developed an instant rapport with my mother and showed great empathy and understanding toward the issues involved in making such a big move. From the moment Christine walked into our house I knew she was the agent for us. We had already interviewed a couple of other agents but felt that Christine had the right type of gravitas and understood what we wanted to achieve in such a short space of time. With every visit, our confidence grew. She encouraged us to keep going (with revamping our house and cleaning up the property) and never once appeared in any way negative. We were lucky in the fact that we had a hotshot young Realtor in Roei teamed up with the experienced, well connected professionalism of Christine. Both were charming at had great strengths in different areas that we felt best suited our needs. When our house did hit the market, it didn't stay on the marketplace for long...4 days! Before even our first open home it was sold! Yes we were lucky in that the right people appeared at the right time and yes we had done a lot of work to get our house presentable, but i have every faith in the abilities of our Realtor's that the house would've sold exactly according to our marketing schedule. The real skill for us came in the negotiation of price. Even though we were happy with the first offer, of course we would have liked more. This is where Christine’s experience shone through and she was brilliant in gaining a higher price for us. Magic!
