Sue Hooper recently sold my mum's property at auction and I am writing to express my thanks for the hassle free experience we had through the selling process. Firstly what sort of clients are we? Well I am definitely a fussy sort over detail and the feelings of my wife need careful handling. With that background I was expecting quite a lot of grief in the process of selling our home. Frankly I am still somewhat amazed how considerate, flexible and tactful Sue was, and nothing caused grief over the period of four open homes given that we are in our eighties, and it could well have been a stressful process. I was also very pleased and surprised that although Sue had quite a few properties to market at the same time she handled everything efficiently without missing any details out and always reporting back.
