Having recently sold our Hutt Valley property we are writing this recommendation regarding Vicki Collins. Our property in Korokoro had been marketed extensively by various Real Estate Agencies within the Hutt Valley without success. We decided to approach the marketing differently by using an Agency within the Wellington CBD for a number of reasons including capturing potential buyers looking to move from their inner city location to Korokoro/Petone. Although the existing Agents marketing the property were skeptical, Vicki Collins supported not only our suggested approach, but also our marketing ideas. She and her team saw no barrier to working in the Hutt Valley and ran successful open homes and had high activity during the marketing of our home. Added value was gained through the use of laser measuring the property and producing a floor plan for prospective buyers to take away with them or view on the internet, all at no cost to ourselves.
