We did not know Angela, but she was recommended to us by someone we trusted. So we felt that was a good start. Well that recommendation proved to be absolutely the right decision. As we were out of town owners, all communications were either over the phone or via email. Angela and her team were really clear with all their communications and keep us informed the whole time as to what was happening at the house, regular updates on viewings, feedback from viewers, etc. Their newsletter they send each week was excellent and really informative. Angela and the team were also really respectful in working with our tenants regarding viewings and open homes. They made sure the tenants felt at ease and knew exactly what was happening at all times as well. The tenants commented how good the team was to work with. We had to trust the advice that Angela and her team gave us on what price to list our house at, how to market it, as we did not know the local market. Well the team got this bang on - everything happened as they predicated. It couldn't have worked out better. We ended up with a multi offer situation and I know that Angela worked with the prospective buyers and got us the best deal which we were thrilled with. We went unconditional on the house in 3 weeks.
