Mat was absolutely great. We had been trying for about 6 months to sell our house privately, without success. Mat came up with a "cunning plan" and remarketed our house, with great photos, super write up, and regular open homes. The open homes were well attended, and resulted in a sale at a very acceptable price within just two months. Mat kept us in the loop the whole time with weekly reports and multiple text messages. He is a very personable young man with superb interpersonal skills, and we would most definitely highly recommend him to anyone wishing to sell their home.
