We asked Anna Peacock to help us sell our family home in Kelburn in February 2016. We were relocating for work reasons and there was real time pressure. Anna met us within a day or so with an excellent marketing proposal and a clear vision for how we could best sell our house, on our terms, within time, and for a good price. Within a week the house was on the market, signs up, and beautiful photos taken. During the three-week marketing campaign, Anna seemed to be endlessly available to take people through the house, but still respected the fact we had to live there. The communication around this was excellent. Every week we were provided with a full written report setting out how things were tracking.
