Simon Maxwell

With over 20 years’ experience in property development, Simon has managed planning, construction, sales and marketing of several large scale residential and industrial subdivisions in Tauranga and Hamilton for Carrus Corporation and Grasshopper Properties.

He is well known in the development community for his strategic and forward thinking. His unique skill set and big-picture approach to innovation was instrumental in the vision and delivery of Tauranga’s newest master planned suburb The Lakes. Simon ‘s collaborative and solution focussed approach has gained him a reputation as a high achiever within the industry.

Simon has a strong local network with Developers, Property Consultants and Construction firms and his happy to connect buyers and share his expertise.

Prior to becoming involved in land development Simon completed a Batchelor of Surveying at Otago University and held senior positions in Tauranga at consultancy firms Shrimpton & Lipinski (now S&L Consultants) and Connell Wagner (now Aurecon).

Simon is motivated and results oriented, and along with balancing his active family life with his wife Megan and 3 adult children, is looking forward to providing outstanding results for his Commercial and Industrial clients.
