Peter Fletcher has called Wanaka home for over twelve years, having first been captivated by the region’s natural beauty and sense of freedom on a family holiday in the early 1970s.

Before entering the world of real estate in 2015, Peter forged a career in advertising and film. He produced more than 40 television commercials and later established a number of tourism and hospitality businesses throughout New Zealand.

His passion for people’s stories and the lifestyles they want to lead drove him to a career in real estate. He credits his success to his practical, hardworking, and down-to-earth nature.
