After spending time researching real estate agents and companies in our area, then meeting with a few of them, we selected Steve & Robyn Godfrey from Harcourt’s. There were certainly other companies offering lower commission fees – however we believe you get what you pay for. Steve and Robyn had a great track record of sales in the Bethlehem area and were very honest, friendly and helpful during the appraisal process. We were given some excellent advice in regards to marketing options, timeframes and how to best present our home to achieve the best possible result. Thankfully we listened and actioned their advice, as just over two weeks from going live online and with only two open homes, we were presented with a great offer and went unconditional four days later.
