She asked if it would be possible to have a look and left me her card. I found her positive attitude refreshing and gave the house to Harcourts. I have recently sold my house via Thea. I was delighted with Thea’s professionalism and her dogmatic determination to sell my house. Before I took Thea on as my appointed Real Estate agent I had at least 3 other agents from other companies view the property. I was greatly impressed with Thea during the following period of indecision on my part as to whether I really did want to sell. She would often pop around to see how things were going….long after the other agents had given up! Hence the reason I decided to go with her when I finally made the decision to sell.
