Steven has had over 30 years experience in buying and selling property. He has a real passion for property and a wide knowledge of developing both residential and commercial.Steven's business strengths lie in his strong referral based business - most of his clients will deal with no one else. He has a strong working relationship with several prominent developers in the Western Bays area. Their repeat business has enabled him to build a strong project marketing team.

He is a member of the LJH Captain's Club prestigious Multi Million Dollar Chapter, an honour that is bestowed upon only 5% of the agents in the total L.J. Hooker Group, and only if they have made enough sales. He has been a past National Debate winner and these skills have enabled him to be a top negotiator. He believes in achieving premium prices for all his vendors.

Steven regularly attends international conferences each year to keep abreast of trends. He has also completed his Auctioneers Accreditation and has entered auctioneers competitions.
