~~I have been in the real estate industry in since 1994. Over the years I have been involved in all facets of real estate including commercial and industrial sales and leasing, residential property management, selling house and land packages, practical hands on construction and property development. If you're thinking of building I have a wealth of knowledge and are always happy to offer advice.
Additionally I have had extensive dealings with Local Council with regards to Resource Consent Applications. I therefore have a thorough understanding of issues arising from these applications!
I have lived in Beachlands all my life, moving here with my family when I was six months old to Shelly Bay Road where our family had a small block and we grew tomatoes. We have four sons, all of whom have attended Beachlands School - the two older boys are now attending University and Howick College.
