An excellent combination of size, solidity and affordability. This pearl of a home is nestled in between Wadestown and Ngaio on the sunny lower slopes of Crofton Downs. Rather than wax lyrical, the best way to convey everything you will obtain when purchasing 4 Randolph Road is to simply list the benefits, of which there are many;
- Four generous bedrooms meaning plenty of space in the sleeping quarters.
- Three bathrooms (master with ensuite). Lining up for the toilet will be a thing of the past.
- Sunny lounge that can work open plan or be partitioned off from the equally spacious kitchen and dining areas.
- Double garaging WITH internal access ending the wet shopping runs.
- Off street parking for multiple vehicles.
- A substantial 589 sqm of useable land which the green-fingered can garden to their heart's content. Chickens have happily roamed here and can stay with the home if you wish.
- Harbour views through the valley.
- Built in an era when homes were made to last.
- Substantial refurbishment work has been completed to the roof.
- Just a hop and a skip to Crofton Downs Mitre 10 and Countdown.
An added bonus - you can easily live here as is or make plans to renovate at your leisure. Who doesn't love a home with some potential! The owner's genuine intent to sell is shown in the BEO tender guide so don't mess about. Make a time to view or come along to the open home.
Both a builder's report and LIM report will be made available throughout the campaign.
OPEN HOME: Sunday, 11 - 11:30 am.
Offers welcome from: $755k
NOTE: Zoned for Wellington Girls' College, Crofton Downs Primary, Onslow College and Raroa Intermediate.

I feel fortunate to have grown up in a farming family on the outskirts of a small rural town in the Far North with Mum, Dad, and my three siblings. It is from these humble beginnings that sparked the satisfaction I feel from good, honest, hard work.
From becoming head boy of my High School, to accepting an offer to become part of the New Zealand Army as an Officer, then furthering my education at Massey University have all led me to where I am today. All these parts of my life have taught me skills such as teamwork, leadership, and time management among many others and provide a good base for my role as selling manager in the Ray White Wellington City office.
I moved to Wellington over 14 years ago and pursued a career in Real Estate shortly after, having now had my license for over 12 years. A drive to carry out real estate at the highest level still lights a fire within me. I couldn’t think of a career I would rather be involved in. Any awards won or recognition garnered is just a bonus.
Outside of Real Estate, I live in Wellington with my wife Amy and my son Kiaan. Becoming a Dad has been my greatest achievement to date. I am a social person and have a good sense of humor – I have been known to pull a few harmless pranks in my time!
I find great enjoyment in physical exercise; I have represented to a regional and national level in Swimming, Rugby and Triathlons. Currently, I pursue Crossfit as an outlet for energy where I have competed among the best in NZ. Being a little older now, I would be the first to admit it is getting a little harder to compete with the guys 10 – 15 years my junior (especially trying to work through a long-standing niggling injury). My discipline, determination, and mental fortitude needed to succeed in sport carry directly through to the real estate industry, helping me to stay very focused throughout the sale until completion and achieve the best result for clients.
