Returning to Hong Kong after completing my Bachelor degree in Australia, I worked in a number of leading international banks and financial institutions. I became an independent financial advisor for the next 10 years as well as a licensed real estate agent for 5 years in Hong Kong where I was involved in sales for multinational corporations.

Paul Dickason moved to Wellington in 1998 after completing a business Studies Degree at Massey University majoring in Residential and Commercial Valuation. For the next decade Paul worked for both Department of Child Youth and Family and Telecom as a senior property Manager and Project Manager.

After 10 years Paul decided to enter the Real Estate field. Paul started working in partnership with another agent and quickly established himself as a dynamic salesman and strong negotiator He became one of the industries leading agents within a 5 year period.
