Real Estate is an exciting, rewarding career in which I have been involved since 1997. I began with Just Paterson and was a finalist in the Most Promising Newcomer category at the 1998 Wellington Regional Real Estate Awards of Excellence. From there my career has gone from strength to strength. I joined the Khandallah office in 1999.

I attribute my success to my friendly professional approach, a high level of energy and enthusiasm combined with sound local knowledge. This is evidenced by the considerable referral and repeat business which comes my way and is the greatest compliment.

Real Estate demands an exceptional level of people and communication skills. This career gives me exciting opportunities not only to meet people but also, in getting to know them, and understand and help fulfil their needs.

My other strengths come from my ability in negotiation and belief in the importance of ensuring total satisfaction for both the seller and the buyer. I enjoy taking time to work in with vendors and their situation while guiding the buyer by providing factual, honest answers enabling them to make an informed decision.
