By managing his own rental properties Costel has gained the experience required to help clients to find their perfect property.

Costel is focused and driven to achieve his goals with his main focus on providing a quality Real Estate service and achieving the best possible results for both buyers and sellers.

When Costel isn’t out and about doing Real Estate work you will find him spending quality time with his wife Mimi and two daughters Stefana and Alina.

His hobbies include cars, going to the gym and playing tennis.

We both believe that you need to play to your personal strengths. It's natural to have both strengths and weaknesses. No one person can be good at everything nor can one person truly do everything well and be able to respond with the immediacy often required in modern real estate.

We realized early, that we didn't only complement each other's skills but also each others personality.

We have both lived and worked in the Hutt most of our lives. We absolutely love it!! There is no where else we would rather live. We are truly passionate about Real Estate and our business partnership is driven by this passion. We have both had successful sales careers. It's not easy to stand out when the Hutt Valley has well over 100 sales agents so we are both proud of our achievements to date.
