Located in the popular Wallaceville Estate and situated down a small driveway on a corner section - away from any noisy roads, this beautiful family home is a definite one for your family to put on your list to visit. Built in 2019 by a local Upper Hutt Builder this property will not disappoint.
As you enter through the front door, you will notice a welcoming entranceway and the tasteful fresh decor, which only gets better with your own accessories to enhance the black and white finishes.
A fabulous open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area, so good for interacting with the family.
Down the hall there are 3x double bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, plus a single room. The home is fitted with ducted heat and cooling systems throughout the house, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. Not 1 but 2 infinity hot water systems. Having been in the sales and service industry most of my life, with Commercial furniture sales filling up my last few years, this coupled with my love of people from all walks of life, it seemed a natural progression to enter the Real estate industry.
Growing up in Upper Hutt and still living there , I am very passionate about Upper Hutt and the community and what it has to offer. So my choice of Bayleys gave me the opportunity to work in this community with a professional and friendly company.
Whilst I played squash for many years, I now prefer the gentler art of walking. Over the years I have been involved in both my children’s schools and sporting teams often involved in either managing or organising the teams and have met many friends through this, and my love of coffee has given me the opportunity to make a lot more coffee buddies.
Being an Upper Huttie for most of life, I know a lot about the area and what the community has to offer people from all walks of life! I’m looking forward to working in this area and to meeting you.
