Striking Views
Where dramatic lake and mountain vistas are cloaked in the serenity of native bush, here is a lakeside property for you and your family to treasure throughout the years. From the home with its big deck overlooking the lake to the bush path that steps down to the water, this property is soaked in the promise of adventure. It's a rare find in today's world.
Whether it is your permanent home or your weekend escape, it's easy to drop your bags and swing straight into holiday mode. The jetty, for which you have a half share, is the gateway to boating, swimming, jet skiing and world class trout fishing. At the end of the day, the sun soaked deck is a great place to relax or dine outdoors. Brunch at the popular Landing Cafe is just minutes away by car or boat.
The home offers open plan living beneath a gorgeous timber ceiling, three bedrooms and a bathroom. Below is a hobbies room, store room and a boat port.
In this special part of the world, properties are often held onto by families for many years and when they do come on the market, are highly coveted. Don't delay, come and see for yourself what a beautiful location this is. Call Tim or Norman for more details.

Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.

Norman has spent his lifetime at the 2 lakes and knows the area intimately. He did his first 6 years selling for Ray White's Rotorua office. Since then Norman gained his own license and operated on his own behalf. However he recently rejoined the Rotorua Ray White office. He found that the need for a multi national brand was very necessary and coupled with the fact that the Rotorua business owners are an excellent group of people with a very popular following locally. If you are wanting any information re buying or selling a property please dont hesitate, just call. Best to use the A/H number due to marginal mobile reception and Norman mostly operates from his home.
