I believe every property and every person is unique and my professional and personable approach to matching the right people to the right home is my passion.

I have been a local resident of Tauranga since the age of 2 and have seen positive growth in our beautiful coastal city. Having lived on a life style block in Whakamarama for nearly 30 years, I have seen Bethlehem blossom into a sought after and affluent community.

Over the past 20 years I have run a business, together with my husband, in the building industry, where trust and empathy to my clients was of the utmost importance to me. I have also gained vast experience of Residential Investment Properties and Tenancies, where astute negotiation and problem solving skills come to the forefront.

10 years of working at Toi Ohomai (BOP Polytechnic) in the Information Centre, successfully assisting many local people into career changes, was a highlight of my career as it allowed me to do what I love most, and that is to be the ‘people person’ that I am and utilise my communication, listening and client interaction skills.

Not being one to do any task half heartedly, my overseas experience in Europe/UK/Africa/Asia went on for nearly 10 years. There is such a wealth of culture, history and knowledge out there. My competent, trustworthy and cheerful nature means I can guide you through the buying and selling process to help you achieve the best results of what you need and want.

Ross has lived in Tauranga for over 40 years and has had owned his own company, worked in the media and been a company General Manager.

Knowing how to help clients to sell or buy their home is what Ross does best. Ross is a professional photographer and video cameraman and is now flying a multi rotor aerial camera to photograph his listings.

If you see Ross about town, you will notice he is driving his all electric Nissan Leaf car - he loves new gadgets!

Ross has served on a number of governance boards and is a member of the Tauranga Sunrise Rotary Club.
