His involvement transitioned from development of family land, into the post harvest and export sectors throughout the 1990’s. These businesses grew to support the increasing volumes and create the incredible infrastructure and profile the industry enjoys today. In addition to his kiwifruit involvement, Steve also developed nurseries, avocado orchards and his own successful manufacturing businesses in more recent years.
Steve and his wife Kellie along with their three children spent 16 years developing their own lifestyle block in Oropi.
