I have lived rurally most of my life so have a very strong interest in lifestyle properties, but have a genuine interest in all types of Real Estate, specialising in urban.

I am honest and very proud of my high standard of work ethic, my commitment and dedication to provide my clients is a strong foundation of my business model. Proving that a majority of my business is repeat business from satisfied past clients.

I really enjoy working with the people of the South Waikato and could think of no other districts I would rather be working in.

I first entered into Real Estate in 2001, with a grown up family I was ready for a new career.

I chose Real Estate, as I really enjoy meeting people and helping them to achieve their Real Estate dreams, helping Vendors position their properties to the market and getting the best price and sales results.

Born and raised in rural South Waikato, Tanya has extensive knowledge of this unique part of the Waikato and is extremely passionate about showcasing it’s attributes to all of her clients.

Tanya comes from years of working in industries where customer services is paramount and knows that her customer focus and superior communication skills are what set her apart from the pack.

Some of Tanya’s biggest accomplishments include her key involvement for a local Waikato business achieving the Waikato Regional Top Shop Award, successfully establishing and operating a childcare business, as well as her biggest and most rewarding achievement raising her two children, now young thriving adults.

Being a problem solver by nature Tanya gets great pleasure from seeing happy, satisfied clients and customers. She achieves this through hard work, dedication and extreme focus.

Tanya enjoys being in the outdoors so when she has some down time, she can often be found gardening, tramping, or enjoying time with her family and friends.
