Hi, I'm Jan Booth, and have lived in Mount Maunganui since 1978 and believe it is one of the best places in the world to live and raise a family. I have four daughters and six grandchildren who are growing up and enjoying being part of the community and schools here. I love the beautiful beaches and the fabulous walk around and up the Mount. Working with, and meeting people from all walks of life is what I love to do and my affinity and passion for the Mount and Papamoa area is hard to miss.

Rebekka Plane, my eldest daughter has joined me at ‘The Coastal Team’ and works closely with me to ensure absolute quality in everything we do.

Hi, I am Rebekka and I am excited to join a great team of people at EVES.

In 2017 I joined EVES and became Personal Assistant for Jan Booth, who has been helping people buy and sell real estate in Mount Maunganui and Papamoa for over 20 years. Now a qualified Sales Consultant and part of ‘The Coastal Team’ with Jan, I am looking forward to helping you with your real estate needs.

I was born and raised in Mount Maunganui - this place is home. I am married to David, a school teacher, and have four children who have all attended local schools. I have been a teacher, owned an online business, and a children’s store in Mount Mainstreet and worked in marketing for a NZ baby magazine.

I love living in this little bit of paradise, full of sun, sand and surf. Every day I am grateful to live in this beautiful town. To relax I love to run, challenging myself by entering half marathons and I enjoy climbing to the top of Mauao and taking in the breathtaking views. I also enjoy travel, exploring our wonderful world but am always happy to come back to our little town.
