Leanne Brown | Looking After Locals

Having lived locally for nearly 50 years, Leanne has watched the sub-region grow, and she is really excited about what opportunities this growth has brought to our blossoming suburbs, as well as what is planned for the future. She might be familiar face for locals, having spent nearly five years as a Tauranga City Councillor. In mid-2019 she decided not to re-stand and did her real estate training, and she is so pleased she did. Her passion, knowledge, history and experience from this time on Council has been invaluable for her colleagues and sellers, but especially buyers new to the area.

Leanne is focused on making sure any real estate journey, whether buying or selling, is stress free, enjoyable and easy to understand. Building and maintaining a relationship of trust and confidence, and great communication are her key priorities and values. She is really committed to keeping her clients and customers completely informed and engaged throughout their journey, and her Awards and testimonials are great indicators of her tenacity and consistent approach. Rural and Lifestyle Specialist

Richard joined the real estate industry at the beginning of 2002.

He is a local as he has lived in Tauranga most of his life and has an extensive knowledge of the wider rural community, together with a wealth of experience in all aspects of rural sales.

Richard has a particular interest in the horticultural sector, having completed an Orchard cadetship after leaving school followed by owning a contracting business in the fruit packing industry. Further experience was gained farming in the UK and also completing a business diploma.
Professional integrity and providing a high standard of personal service is always his prime focus.
