Take it to the Country Side!
Where the setting is tranquil enough to hear the birdsong and the views stretch out for miles, here is country ambience in abundance with loads of space for family and pets to spread out. Set well back off the road, the home welcomes you with open plan living that includes a large kitchen and a sunny lounge with a woodfire to keep you warm and snug. The big deck off the lounge basks in the sun - fire up the barbeque or relax and watch the sheep grazing in the paddocks.
The home also offers a good-sized separate laundry and three bedrooms plus a step-down room that could become your extra bedroom, a kids' playroom or a study. A huge separate mancave and a good sized sleepout are sure to appeal, plus there's a garage, a chicken house and sheds for rearing calves. The property includes 4 paddocks, 3 with water.
Close to the Village School but feeling far from the bustle. If you are looking for a property with the luxury of space and the potential to add value with some updates in a country setting, come out and see the many advantages that this lovely lifestyle has to offer. Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (REAA 2008), Member of the REINZ
Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
