Lance was born and raised in a farming family in the rural Te Puke area.
He has spent more than 20 years involved directly with the Farming industry, originally involved with Wealleans Groundspread working throughout the Bay of Plenty for just over six years followed by 13 years with Fonterra and then three years with Trutest DTS Milk Cooling and Tank Solutions. Lance enjoys meeting new people, growing new and existing relationships with a large group of the farming fraternity and continues his passion for all things rural. He has been married for 32 years and has two children. Being a keen classic Chrysler Mopar fan, motorbike rider and squash player, Lance’s interests are varied.
