Alan was born and raised in New Plymouth and started his working career in banking working for the National bank for many years. His roles included being a mobile mortgage manager and managing several branches for the bank. He was approached by one of New Zealand’s larger real estate companies to establish an in-house finance division where he built up a team of brokers.

This was his introduction into real estate which led him to be employed by a private property company. He managed the sell down of several large- scale developments they completed with major success. Alan then took some time away from property to establish a riding pony stud in the Waikato, only to be drawn back into the property field, developing and transacting properties for himself.

Alan is reputable in the New Zealand property market, both as a developer and as a sales manager. With over 25 years of experience, he has expertise in all aspects of property sales and development. With a proven track record of exceeding targets and expectations, Alan fits perfectly into the Property Brokers model. He is an effective communicator and an energetic leader. His drive is what will see Alan excel in his role at Property Brokers, and he is enthusiastic about moulding a team around him.

Outside of real estate, Alan’s interests are his family, and he also owns a Riding Pony Stud in the Waikato. He is also a founding member and President of the NZ Show Horse Council, spending many hours of his time giving back to this sport.

Tony brings a wealth of sales experience to the real estate industry and Property Brokers. Brought up in the Waikato, Tony’s early career in banking led to an 8-year stint in the financial markets in Auckland before the lure of the big OE was too much, which led to six great years travelling Europe as a Tour Manager for Contiki.
That road led Tony to a successful 20-year career in the retail travel industry in both Australia and New Zealand where Tony’s natural leadership, sales ability and relationship building skills flourished – winning Global #1 sales awards with Flight Centre 2 years running.
Tony puts his success down to forming excellent relationships with his clients and always giving his utmost to ensure that they get the best possible result. His professionalism, drive and commitment to succeed are surpassed only by the care and attention that he shows for his clients.
