Dougal brings to his role 13 years of experience on the front line of real estate as an agent and has expertise in all aspects of property. A straight shooter who tells it like it is, Dougal knows how to turn problems into solutions and has a positive approach at all times, which he passes onto his team.

Dougal’s focus is on training his agents to always place their clients’ needs first, acting with the utmost professionalism and integrity at all times. While he trains his people to be team players he is also a believer that individually they need to have self-belief and drive to truly excel. Spanning lakes to mountains and sea, Dougal knows all the benefits the Central Otago region offers first-hand. Outside of work he enjoys biking, boating, camping and visiting different spots both locally and further afield with family and friends. Rural at heart, Dougal lives with his wife on a lifestyle block and has a boer goat stud. He loves benchmarking his herd by taking part in competitions at the Christchurch and Wanaka shows.
