Thanks for making time to find out more about me. I know how overwhelming it can be choosing the right person to sell your home. It’s one of the biggest decisions anyone can make – especially if you’re doing it for the first time.
Trolling through the lists of agents, you’ll read the same words - promises of commitment, dedication, honesty, integrity, going the extra mile – all well and good, but do they really push your button to call.
What I want to do is tell you a bit about myself. Like most in the industry, I haven’t always sold property. But I have enjoyed a successful sales career. I lived in South East Asia for 10 years prior to real estate. Initially, I worked in the wine industry in Singapore, before moving to Jakarta, Indonesia. Both my children were born during that time, so the international connection is strong among our family.
I came home in 2001 and turned to the fishing industry – co-owning two boats and running a successful business. Two years later, the opportunity arose to work with my mother – in real estate, selling throughout Tauranga. Family connections have always been strong for me. It sits at the heart of how I approach people and their families.
Mum retired and I continued to enjoy success alone – though I must stress, working in Professionals is like working with family. Their philosophy is my philosophy. A personal, friendly approach, respectful and - yes - going the extra mile. Every day of the week – I work to achieve the best possible outcome.
Take a little time to read my testimonials. I feel humbled about what people have said. It makes me appreciate that I have done my job. So, please, give me a call and let’s sit around the table. Tell me your story and what you hope to achieve. I promise one thing - I will do my very best for you.

Here's what some of my happy customers have to say about me:
Hi Lesley, Thank you for your caring and professional assistance when helping with our purchase. I would highly recommend you to everyone who needs to buy, sell or ask for advice. Your care is personal and responsive - a welcome highlight in such a busy world.

I have known Lesley Sinclair for greater than 25 years during my time as a property developer in Mt Maunganui – when Lesley and her mum Joy Nowley were in the sales side of the industry. Lesley always presented herself in a professional manner and “did the job’ – selling. She was fun to have around, her bubbly personality always rubbed off, at times in a stressful environment but at the same time being very business-like.
I could not fault Lesley’s commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for myself as a vendor.
She listed, she promoted and she sold – one cannot ask more than that!

What an Outstanding Agent!
From the first open home to going unconditional Lesley has been amazing. Lesley's professional demeanor is combined with a friendly approach that immediately put us at ease - she answered all our questions and explained processes in a way we could understand. I believe Lesley's responsiveness and openness allowed us to compete and secure our property at a timely pace which is paramount in this unforgiving market at the moment. You have been a breath of fresh air amongst the long search for us Lesley, so so grateful
Honest, Compassionate & Hard Working
Lesley put her heart and soul into the marketing and selling of my Mum and Step Dads home in Maungatapu. Her honest, down to earth approach along with her knowledge of the market and genuine care and compassion for our family during a difficult time was and continues to be, greatly appreciated.
