Nicky has been involved in the building industry for the past 25 years working along side her husband Henry in their own company.

Carole enjoyed the tranquil life of a country kid with creeks and beach as her own private playground and this background has given her a down to earth and can do attitude.

Carole's calm and efficient manner is a great advantage when dealing with sometimes stressful situations, and her wide geographical experience has put her in many different "character building" situations.

Whether it is trekking through the Mountains of the Moon in Rwanda to see the endangered mountain gorillas, transversing the Sahara Desert or absorbing the atmosphere and emotion of the Gallipoli Peninsula, this has all added to her "nothing is a problem" attitude.
