Born and bred in Wellington I have 28 years experience as a top real estate performer. Prior to this my father and I owned another real estate company known as Don Gray Real Estate Ltd. Although this company was successful and I was qualified to run my own business, I decided my strengths lay in selling and in particular the business end where negotiation skills are required to close the deal.
