Peaceful Country Escape
Close to the lake and basking in country ambience, this serene property offers a welcome escape from the urban bustle. Set on a 990m²(more or less) section, the home features three bedrooms plus a bathroom & a separate laundry. Beneath a pitched ceiling, the living space expands out onto a deck that soaks up the afternoon sun - here's the perfect spot to relax after a day out on the lake or cook up a storm on the bbq. There's a log fire for cosy evenings and HRV. Downstairs is a double garage and extra storage space below the house. Good off-street parking for vehicles and the boat. Just a short drive from the local shop, the boat ramp and the lakefront walkway at Hamurana, here is a well-located holiday escape or permanent residence. Call Tim for more information or come out to the Open Home and discover the attractions that this location has to offer.

Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
