Wellington born, Julie is an established member of Karori’s community having lived there since 1986. She has an intimate knowledge of the geography of Karori, Wellington City, different residential areas and all surrounding suburbs. Her children were educated at local pre-schools, primary schools and colleges, and having raised them she now has the satisfaction of using her local knowledge and expertise to sell real estate in the community she loves.

Her real estate career started in 2002 when she was appointed as front person and first point of contact for a local real estate office. Here she gained a firm grounding and valuable experience of the industry, providing support to sales consultants and being responsible for all aspects of the administration of a sales office. As a result she is an organized person with an eye for detail and a strong focus on service of an exceptionally high standard. She has a natural flair with people and her many friends and customers find her an easy, friendly and pleasant person to relate to.

Since starting in real estate sales in 2007 she has proved herself time and time again as a knowledgeable and competent negotiator, harnessing her previous experience and applying it to the sales side.
