O Wait... There Is More!
There's plenty to admire at 29 Hall Road, an architecturally appealing 5 bedroom home with widespread views and a great layout for home & income or family life. The home welcomes you with beautiful presentation and spacious living with the added appeal of high ceilings and a scenic vista, an office nook and a large modern kitchen. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the peaceful view. There's excellent separation between the bedroom wings with the master bedroom, ensuite and walk-in wardrobe on its own mezzanine, plus two bedrooms and a bathroom on the opposite side of the home. The three remaining bedrooms are located downstairs, with separate access from the outside and the ability to be closed off from the rest of the home. This bedroom wing is currently used as 2 bedrooms plus a living space and a covered barbeque area where guests can relax and linger over dinner.
The double garage, a separate workshop and a private garden area add further appeal.
In its quality location close to village life with shops, the local school, cafes, incredible trout fishing and the lake, this fantastic property has it all!

Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
