Being a former New Zealand Police Officer, Tash decided that it was time for a new challenge and a new chapter in her life. She has gone from fighting crime to striking down the hammer in the real estate world.

Originally hailing from Yorkshire, UK, Tash's wanderlust led her to New Zealand, where she has proudly called home since 2013. After traversing the country from North to South, Tash found her place in the sun-drenched Bay of Plenty, a decision she has never regretted.

With an outgoing personality, she shatters stereotypes, proving real estate agents can be both friendly and effective. An adventure enthusiast, Natasha loves downhill biking, snowboarding, horse riding, and hiking.

Rodney entered the real estate industry in January 2006 and since that time he has grown to become one of Tauranga's top sales performers and auctioneers. In 2011 he teamed up with Ian and Rachel Grindle as a co owner of Ray White Tauranga with offices located at their waterfront offices at 232 Devonport Road on the Tauranga city fringe.
In 2013 Rodney had Sue Peard join him as his sales associate - assisting him in all facets of his real estate including seller and buyer customer care. Sue has over 20 years of real estate in Tauranga and is an invaluable member of his team.
A Tauranga local, Rodney completed secondary schooling and left for Christchurch to complete a Bachelor of Broadcasting and Communications Degree.
Meeting Rodney you get the distinct impression that he doesn't sit still for long. His energy is contagious and he is almost always in motion setting up appointments for both vendors and purchasers alike.
