Cary Ralph is an exceptional real estate agent. His professional acumen and honesty are true values I noticed as soon as we met. Selling our lifestyle property in Te Pahu last November, was a task I took on board with a little trepidation, you hear all these stories about agents and I was not sure which one would meet my needs. After interviewing five real estate companies and getting a range in valuations that extended from 700k to 1.2 million, I was even more confused. Some agents just wanted a quick sell in this "Hot Market" so priced low, others wanted the listing, so priced high. I felt like Goldilocks at one stage.
