Lyn Hann

Lyn started out in the IT industry in Wellington. He moved to Nelson some 15 years later to pursue a lifestyle in the country and become a small business owner.

In 1992 Lyn entered the real estate market. Over the following 11 years, he sold residential and lifestyle properties in and around the popular Nelson region. He also became involved in real estate management, whilst retaining his base of loyal clients. He was rewarded for his sales efforts by achieving in the top 10 percent nationally for his real estate franchise.

During this time Lyn and his wife raised four children and also purchased and expanded a successful horticultural operation growing potted chrysanthemums.

Lyn made his entry into the Hawke’s Bay Residential property market in 2002, and
more recently he has been successfully marketing and selling commercial property with values in the millions of dollars. He is tenacious in achieving a sale and enjoys marketing properties with that “little something extra”.

Returning to his roots in residential real estate Lyn offers his clients his expertise in marketing and selling property and his guarantee of service second to none. “I love selling residential property” says Lyn. “The interaction with the people involved and the satisfaction of achieving a winning solution for both vendors and purchasers is a great feeling.”
