What a find
*Zoned for Wellington Girls College
* Renovated
*Cosy and Warm
*Handy to transport
*Small section
The time is right to purchase this well maintained and tastefully decorated home with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, living downstairs. The property is currently tenanted at a very good weekly rent if you are looking for sharp investment. The tenants are on a fixed tenancy till February but will consider moving earlier should the purchaser wish to live there themselves.
Around January 2014 the property was almost completely redecorated in neutral tones ,with new bathroom fittings, kitchen cabinetry and heating. It is warm and tidy, with a small garden and car pad. This property is handy to Awarua Station and Ngaio shops and is in the Wellington Girls College zone.
For appointments please contact Vicki Collins or Jo Ralph, if not see you at the Open Home Sunday.......

I was born and bred in 1953 in Wellington. The city and suburbs are my passion. Linden and Brooklyn primary schools were my stomping grounds and then went on to further my education at Onslow College, when my Dad bought the first family home in Johnsonville. After 5 years at Onslow college I had a short stint at Victoria University but it wasn't for me. I needed a gap year but that didn't happen then.
Through playing softball I met my hubby Brian and we married in 1973. We have 3 children and 6 grandchildren and they are a big part of our lives. My family and their well being are so very important to me. Sport still plays a big part in my life with netball in the winter at Hataitai Park and softball in the summer taking us all over wellington.
I enjoy working and have worked in all types of jobs to fit around family life. In 2003 I decided that the time was right for Real Estate. I've spent 12 years now working mainly in the Northern and Porirua Suburbs and occasionally in the Eastern and Southern Suburbs.
I joined Wellington City Real Estate in November 2015 because I love the passion they have for the Real Estate business. They are new and vibrant having been in the city for 5 years. I'm looking forward to getting busy meeting and talking with people about buying or selling and then getting the business completed - I like to treat you how I would like to be treated myself - with honesty and integrity.
